After the initial consultation, together we can formulate an effective treatment plan using advanced massage techniques This can include myofascial work, trigger point therapy, gentle stretching, hot stones, lymphatic drainage, red light therapy or cupping.
With long term issues and chronic pain, it is important to go at a pace your body can adjust to and sometimes to get the best long-term results, less is more. If this applies to you then shorter appointments can be arranged initially for your comfort until you can progress onto a maintenance programme.
